Small Things - Big Impact!

Yes small things have big impact. Most of the time it is only the garland of small efforts that leads to big success. Only If we managed these small efforts can reap big fruits. Today as usual a normal day with mix of thoughts but there is one special thing that happened today that made my day. Yes it was the "Small appreciation of words" by my colleague which made me feel happy and since it was very unexpected it has its own merits and weights. There are certain people in life whome you can never satisfy. People like younger sisters (Greatest critics yes I do have one!), always-hungry-for-performance Bosses, very critical colleagues. The moment you get good words from such people you lived your day. After-all, success is something which means to the people you are sorrounded everybody else is just worldly! So just striving to satisfy these small people in my life!
